Unlocking The Car With Your Mobile Phone
Well no, not exactly but instead of using fax to email you can actually open your car by using your mobile phone.
iPhone
The iPhone is already used for a number of different things and this new thing could be the best yet. There is already at least one car rental company that have used the iPhone within their business. When you rent a car from this London car rental company you have the option to use your own personal iPhone as the keys. Basically instead of using the keys you use your iPhone to unlock the car as there is a special sensor on the inside to pick up the signal from a unique iPhone. They program your phone into that car and you are set knowing that no-one else’s iPhone can get into it.
Normal Cars
If you are lucky enough to have an electronic key fob then you could actually unlock the car with your mobile phone if you have forgotten the keys. You will need someone to be at your home with the other key fob and you will need to get your cell phone at the ready. All that needs to be done now is to get a phone call and put the cell phone right against the sensor. Then all you have to do is tell them to press the unlock button and success you have your unlocked car!
Unless you knwo where the sensor is it will not work, use the sensor and place the phone right next to it.
There are other ways you can use a mobile phone to do this.
